Piano Learning Curve Reddit

piano learning curve reddit

How much of a learning curve is there to learning piano if you know a good bit of music theory. i'm currently 23 and i'm trying to pick up another hobby. i played the euphonium in band and was wondering if knowing what i know in music could make for an easier transition for me to learn piano.. Welcome to /r/piano! start by checking out our faq. faq outline: what's my piano worth? purchasing a digital keyboard. r/piano's user keyboard database. recording from a digital keyboard into a computer. information on acoustic pianos. getting started as a beginner. what and how to practice. repertoire. non-classical genres. related sub-reddits. Hi everyone, found this sub, glad that there are others who want to spend their time learning the piano. i am currently learning the a minor chord section and i am at the point of frustration. notes are not being picked up; i am having to slightly delay bass when playing chords so all the notes are registered or having to play the chords in.

Hi everyone. i'm new to reddit so please be kind, and want to start by sharing something for any beginners on the piano here that are particularly interested in learning piano chords. i had this information in an ebook but i've now converted it so it's all available for free on a page on my site.. Any serious pianist on r/piano is going to recommend that you get a private teacher if you want to make solid progress on the piano.. even if you only take 3-6 months of formative lessons and then try to supplement your education with one of these online gimmicks, you'll be light years ahead..
